A SACRED SERIES OF WOMEN’S CIRCLES, GUIDED BY THE WISDOM OF THE STARS.

Investment: £170 for six sessions

A deposit of £50 is required to secure your space and then the remaining payments will be taken at the end of September and the end of October, £60 each time. Contact me to book.

How do they work?

The invitation is for you to make a monthly commitment, to come home to yourself and to your sisters. To attend six beautifully nourishing and healing circles together and to form a special connection. 

Held at the Claygate Clinic one Sunday every month 7.00-8.30pm.

Dates:

  • Scorpio takes us into the mystery. This circle invites you to meet your shadows with courage, and to release what no longer serves, so you can step into renewal and truth.

    This  circle is a space to take a breath and come home to yourself. Together, we'll share ceremonial Cacao, move gently through grounding Yoga and deepen into presence with  Yoga Nidra meditation.

  • Sagittarius calls us higher. We’ll gather in playful exploration, opening to joy, possibility, and the spark of adventure — dreaming big under the wisdom of the stars.

    This circle will be light and playful, with uplifting movement, breathwork, and cacao to awaken curiosity. We’ll explore expansive journaling prompts and visioning practices to open the heart to new horizons.

  • Capricorn roots us in purpose. This circle is about aligning with devotion, creating intentions that last, and finding power in patience, structure and sacred discipline.

    In this circle, we’ll ground through gentle movement, anchoring breathwork, and cacao. We’ll work with ritual intention-setting, creating commitments that feel aligned and sustainable, supported by the strength of the group.

  • Aquarius brings fresh air and new perspective. We’ll honour community, celebrate individuality, and invite in ideas that awaken change and creative vision for the future.

    This circle will weave in group practices — sound, sharing, and playful connection — alongside cacao to open the heart. We’ll explore fresh perspectives through journaling and meditation, calling in ideas that awaken change within and around us.

  • Pisces carries us into the mystical. In this circle we’ll soften, surrender, and open to intuition, creativity, and the deep healing waters of compassion.

    In this circle we’ll soften into a flowing cacao meditation, use sound bowls for deep rest, and invite creativity through journaling and gentle movement.

  • Aries marks the start of the zodiac wheel — a time of action, courage, and initiation. Together, we’ll ignite the flame of new beginnings and step boldly into what’s next.

    This circle will be bold and energising — with cacao, breathwork, and dynamic movement to awaken inner fire. Through journaling and ritual, we’ll plant the seeds of fresh intentions, stepping forward with clarity and confidence.

PREGNANCY YOGA & CONNECTION CIRCLE

TAKE A DEEP BREATH AND STEP INTO A SPACE MADE JUST FOR YOU.

My Pregnancy Yoga & Connection Circles offer gentle pregnancy yoga, breath work, and meditation to support your changing body, calm your mind, and help you prepare for birth with confidence and ease.

We’ll gather over a cup of tea and heartfelt sharing, creating a warm community of mums-to-be. This is your time to slow down, connect with your baby, and build friendships with others on the same journey.

No yoga experience needed. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy
