Half Day Retreat for Mind, Body & Spirit : Intention Setting for 2022!

Does anyone else start the year with intentions or resolutions that slowly dissipate as the weeks go by? Although ‘New Year, New You’ goals feel like a good idea, the reality can often be very different and there is a reason for that. When we only focus on changing ourselves using our mental capacity alone, we neglect both body & spirit. All three parts; mind, body & spirit each play a role in helping drive every decision you make and action you take. 

This 3-hour wellness retreat is designed to re-connect your mind, body & spirit in ways that will help support in manifesting your intention;  this is not only about external goals but also internal sensations. Both Francesca Raffa (Reiki Master, Shamanic Practitioner & Embodied Movement Practitioner) and Sarah Ashe (Yoga Teacher & Reiki Master) invite you to drop deeper into your body with a combination of embodied movement practices, yoga sequences and an intention setting ritual. We will move with intention and feel into being.

Retreat breakdown:

-Opening meditation and sharing circle

-Embodied movement and breath work for releasing stagnant energy

-Yin Yoga to find stillness and reflection

-Intention setting ritual with provided tea & light snacks)

-Embodied movement for manifestation

-Yoga Nidra and Reiki to find a healing space 

-Closing grounding meditation and sharing circle

Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing so that you can be fully relaxed in the space. You may also wish to bring an eye mask to surrender fully into the embodied movement practices as well as a journal and pen to jot down any self-realisations or messages that may occur throughout the experience.
