Immersive Yin and Yoga Nidra at R Space, Thames Ditton

We'll start this magical evening with short meditation to settle into the space. 

You’ll then move through some gentle Yin stretches to prepare your body for Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep is a powerful meditation technique, it’s an ancient, but lesser well known, yogic practice and it’s a powerful tool for controlling your body’s relaxation response. 

Yoga Nidra can be as restorative as sleep with some saying that just an hour of this practice can be equal to 4 hours of slumber. Lie back, relax and let Sarah guide you through this special experience.
