We often start the year with intentions or resolutions that slowly fade away as the weeks go by. Although ‘New Year, New You’ goals feel like a good idea, the reality can often be very different and there is a reason for that. When we only focus on changing ourselves using our mental capacity alone, we neglect both body & soul. All three parts; mind, body & soul each play a role in helping drive every decision you make and action you take.

This wellness workshop is designed to re-connect your mind, body & soul in ways that will help support in manifesting your intention. You'll drop deeper into your body with a combination of free movement practices, yoga sequences, breath work and an intention setting ritual.

Workshop breakdown:

-Opening meditation and sharing circle

-Intention setting ritual

-Free movement and breath work for releasing stagnant energy

-Yin Yoga to find stillness and reflection

-Closing grounding meditation and sharing circle

Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing, you may also want to bring a journal and pen to note down anything that may occur throughout the experience.
